"My Stroke in the Fast Lane" - The strength of my mother's hands

These hands. Every time I look at them, I think about the time they saved my life by veering our car (speeding at 65 mph on Interstate 95) into a guardrail. I celebrate the strength these hands had on that Easter Sunday morning.
