Dr. ACB takes a last look at the view from her apartment before she and her husband, Dr VB, move to the Windy City. She just graduated from a grueling three-year Residency in Emergency Medicine at Newark-Beth Israel Hospital (in Newark, NJ, and yes, she saw EVERYTHING THERE ... shooting victims, coke addicts, etc.). I'll miss them being 45 minutes away, and offering Max (their Cavapoo-ch) a home when they both had night shifts. The Drs ACB and VB are Midwest-bound and will continue their devotion to
The Hippocratic Oath and saving lives.
(Ahhh, motherhood. The letting go part is never easy.)
