On this first day of April, we are grateful to Ticino, Italy, for the sheer magic and brilliance of their culinary discovery, the Spaghetti Tree.

Thanks so much for your response. Agree, agree that greenery is the reason we are surviving in this polluted world. But who knew there were trees that bear pasta? I was amazed when I read it and saw the clip.
