Having Fun With Some Russian

“In the spirit of the Sochi 2014 Olympics, I have been trying to brush up on Russian.”

But you know how things often get lost in translation? 

Here is the above highlighted sentence in Russian:

"В духе Олимпиады-2014 в Сочи, я пытался освежить русском языке."

And then Russian translated back to English:

"In the spirit of the Olympic Games in Sochi in 2014, I tried to refresh the Russian language."

I would never try something as bold as that. But see what I mean?
