Thanksgiving weekend is underway. My son came home from Brooklyn/NYC and my daughter from her senior year at Cornell. I've got both of my chicks back in the nest and feel over-the-moon blessed and grateful.
In the aftermath and devastation of Hurricane Sandy, we feel renewed appreciation for the simple things: family, friends, food, heat, water and electricity. This Thanksgiving, take a moment to pause and count your many blessings.
